Tough Mudder Workshop August 2018

In our preparation for our very first Tough Mudder we had a 2h workshop where we went through the basics of obstacle courses to ensure we know how to tackle some of the obstacles while reducing the risk of injuries. 

Among the topics we talked and practiced running on slippery surfaces, how to fall if you slip or trip, how to crawl under a barbed wire so you don’t destroy your knees and how to lift heavy objects without injuring your body. We also tackled a team log lift and we learnt how to monkey traverse a rope. 

The Wild Mudders team are ready to take on Tough Mudder with confidence and determination!
